The Second Edition of the White Paper on Legal and Governance Reform in Ukraine: Strategic Priorities – Business and Economic Sector
U.S.-Ukraine Business Council (USUBC) have released the second edition of the White Paper on Legal and Governance Reform in Ukraine: Strategic Priorities – Business and Economic Sector.
Experts of USUBC Legal Committee have analyzed the achievements and failures of the new Verkhovna Rada and the new Government, and have shared their advice on the course of reforms for 21 sectors of the legal and governance system. They also have admitted that some of their recommendations, especially in the area of judicial reform, pointed out in the first edition of White Paper, are currently being considered.
The White Paper was presented at the second conference on Legal and Governance Reform held on Friday, 30 October 2015 at the Kyiv School of Economics.
